Requirements
Qualification: Min. Bachelors Degree
Salary: £ 29,000 – £ 39,000
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience is required
Manage employee schedules, resolve potential conflicts, and ensure adequate staffing for IT projects
Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment; place orders as needed
Help establish, document, and maintain internal procedures for project workflows, client onboarding, and system use
Assist senior management with administrative, project, and client coordination tasks
Support the recruitment process for technical and administrative roles, including shortlisting and initial screening
Attend industry seminars, training sessions, and compliance briefings to stay current with IT standards and best practices
Supervise office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on client support requests
Address internal operational issues and support team members with task planning and prioritisation
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure proper resource allocation and workflow planning
Use business software tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Trello, Google Workspace, or CRM systems) to manage operations, track progress, and assist with reporting
